You must not present Taxentra output to clients or third parties as your own professional advice without independent review and verification. Any tax positions taken are your responsibility and that of the taxpayer, not Taxentra's.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Taxentra. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Taxentra offers guest access, a free tier with daily usage limits, and paid subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or limits with reasonable notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
The Taxentra software, interface, branding, and underlying systems are owned by Taxentra and its licensors. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. Subject to these Terms, you may use the output you generate for your own professional and business purposes.
Taxentra relies on third-party large language models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and the same query may produce different results. Tax law changes frequently and varies by jurisdiction. No output should be treated as a definitive statement of law or as a substitute for professional verification.
Taxentra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be correct or suitable for any particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taxentra and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, tax penalties, interest, or professional liability arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taxentra and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your reliance on or distribution of output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law or professional standards.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Taxentra and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
